At some point, we have all heard the admonition to “speak the truth in love.” But how exactly do we do that? And why? Where in Scripture are we instructed to “speak the truth in love?”
So often we get this wrong in social media, in our churches, and in our families. And the damage can be catastrophic. Getting this wrong can push people away from the faith. It can push our kids away from the faith. We have to get this right if we want to be effective in conveying truth.
In this episode of CHRISTIAN PARENT/CRAZY WORLD, we are going to break down this popular saying and discuss how to humbly lead others to the truth. Our goal should not just be to speak the truth. Our goal should be to speak truth effectively so that it might produce godly fruit. We must make sure that our methods always match our message. Always.
