There is quite a generation gap between us Millennial and Gen X parents and our Gen Z kids. There is an even bigger gap to Baby Boomer grandparents. It’s our responsibility to disciple the next generation, but how exactly do we do that?
How do we relate to Gen Z ?
What specific challenges do they face from our culture?
How do we teach them foundational aspects of the Christian faith, like how to pray?
If you need help answering those questions, you aren’t alone. That’s why I’ve found some people who can answer those questions for you, and I’ve interviewed them in a new 4-part series on CHRISTIAN PARENT/CRAZY WORLD which focusses specifically on Gen Z. Episode 1 in this series dealt with practical ways we can disciple Gen Z. I chatted with the thoroughly authentic Dana Che, mother of 4 Gen Zr’s and host of Real Relationship Talk for that task.

In this clip, Dr. Morrow shares some startling findings that his organization has uncovered about Gen Z in conjunction with Barna Research:
The fact that Gen Zr’s are thoroughly post-Christian in their worldview is one of the 5 things that every parent (and grandparent) needs to know about Gen Z. In this next clip, Dr. Morrow offers parents critical advice on how to help our kids build a resilient faith:
If you are raising a Gen Z child, you don’t want to miss this conversation.
