Okay, I know what you’re thinking… That title? Pure clickbait.

A Biblical prophecy that explains all of human history? Every empire, every rise and fall, every major world event—really?

Yes. Really. And I’m not exaggerating. I’m not hyping this up. I’m not being dramatic, although I am dramatic… I’m a theater buff… but I digress. Because this prophecy doesn’t just explain human history… it explains your personal history.

That’s a bold claim, right?

I get it. I’d be skeptical, too, but this week’s guest on  CHRISTIAN PARENT/CRAZY WORLD wrote a book that explains it all. I’m speaking of none other than Jonathan Cahn. (The same Jonathan Cahn who can’t write a book that sells less than a few hundred thousand copies.)  His latest book, The Dragon’s Prophecy: Israel, the Dark Resurrection, and the End of Days, is exploding onto bestseller lists everywhere—New York Times, Amazon (in multiple categories), Publisher’s Weekly—it’s topping them all.

And after reading it? I get it.

This book is hands-down one of the five most important books I’ve ever read. And I read a lot of books. There’s a reason Jonathan has been called one of the most influential spiritual leaders of our time—right up there with Billy Graham. (Yes, his influence has actually been compared to that of Billy Graham.) 

But here’s the interesting thing—I don’t see him on the Christian Apologetic circuit much. And I listen to apologetic podcasts religiously (pun absolutely intended—ba dum dum). Maybe he’s too out there for most apologetics circles, prophetically speaking. But if you haven’t noticed by now… I’m a little out there, too. 

But here’s the kicker—his work isn’t just fascinating or compelling. It’s one of the most powerful arguments for the existence of God.

Think about it: A tiny, New Jersey-sized piece of land in the Middle East has been the center of human history for thousands of years. It’s been conquered, destroyed, and scattered, yet—it still exists.

The Assyrians? Gone.
The Babylonians? Gone.
The Canaanites, Hittites, Moabites and all the other “ites”? All in museums.

And yet—the Jews? Walking through museums.

That’s not an accident. That’s not chance. Something—or Someone—has willed them to survive.
